Where Do We Meet?
4200 Oak Lawn Ave., Dallas Texas, in front of The Shops of Highland Park. Look for the breezeway adjacent to Coupes Champagne Bar. Valet parking is available on select days.
What Route Do We Take?
We tour main and residential streets such as Lomo Alto, Armstrong, Douglas, Versailles, and sometimes Lakeside streets, depending on traffic and lighting. Each route may vary.
Refund & Reschedule Policies
We do not issue refunds after October 31. If you purchase insurance please follow the canceling instructions from the email you received. In order to reschedule you must purchase the correct tour you are wanting and email the office to request a refund for the initial tour. No reschedule refunds after Thanksgiving day.Do you provide bathrooms?
Yes — our luxury restroom trailer is located behind The Shops of Highland Park for guests.
Carriage Capacity & Policies
We offer carriages for up to 4, 6, 9, or 12 guests. Blankets, snacks, and drinks (with lids) are allowed.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes, as long as drinks have lids. Blankets are welcome to stay cozy during your ride.
Do you provide tours during or around Thanksgiving?
Yes — however like any other tour, we can not guarantee the quality of lights but can guarantee a lovely experience.
